Here is a big cutting board. It is a good item to use between the food that you are cutting and your countertop or other support surface. This one is made of hard maple, dark walnut, and purpleheart. Bet you can’t guess which wood is which! Anyways, this thing is pretty big, not that that matters or anything.
Things this cutting board is good at:
- Protecting delicate surfaces from sharp knife edges
- Providing adequate space for chopping all of your stir-fry veggies without knocking them onto the floor
- Keeping knife edges sharp
- Bludgeoning baddies
Things this cutting board isn’t good at:
- Cooking cut veggies
- Floating
Even given its shortfalls, I’d give this cutting board a 10/10.
