At Rixwood, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our items.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We will accept returns for new, unused product and issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

When returning an item, please email with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.

Custom or customized items are considered final sale and not returnable.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, simply return your item and then place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items purchased are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
